1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, using, or participating in The Daily Thunder bitcoin lottery platform ("Service," "Platform," or "TDT"), you explicitly acknowledge that you have carefully read, fully understood, and voluntarily agree to be legally bound by these comprehensive Terms and Conditions ("Terms," "Agreement," or "ToC").

Binding Agreement: These Terms constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User," "Player," "Participant," or "You") and The Daily Thunder ("Company," "We," "Us," or "Our"). If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Service.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• Bitcoin Block: A verified collection of Bitcoin transactions added to the blockchain approximately every 10 minutes
• Lightning Network: A second-layer payment protocol that operates on top of the Bitcoin blockchain
• Satoshi: The smallest unit of Bitcoin, equivalent to 0.00000001 BTC
• Prize Pool: The total accumulated prize pool from all valid bets in a given round
• Round: A complete lottery cycle spanning 100 Bitcoin blocks
• Hash: A unique cryptographic fingerprint of a Bitcoin block

3. Eligibility & Compliance

3.1 Age Requirements: You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, to participate in this Service.

3.2 Jurisdictional Compliance: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your participation in lottery activities is legal under the laws of your jurisdiction. This includes but is not limited to: Local gambling and lottery regulations, Digital asset and Bitcoin laws, Cross-border transaction regulations, Tax reporting and compliance obligations.

4. Game Mechanics

4.1 Betting Process: Each lottery entry requires a payment of exactly 1 satoshi (0.00000001 BTC). All payments must be processed exclusively through the Lightning Network. Players select a unique 8-digit number ranging from 00000001 to 99999999. Multiple participants may select the same number, creating shared winning opportunities.

4.2 Betting Schedule: Betting Window opens at Bitcoin Block 1 of each 100-block cycle, closes at Bitcoin Block 96, with suspension period during Blocks 97-99, and drawing occurs at Block 100.

4.3 Drawing Schedule: Lottery drawings occur automatically every 100 Bitcoin blocks, approximately once every 16-17 hours. The exact timing depends on Bitcoin network hash rate and block discovery times.

5. Winning Number Determination

5.1 Cryptographic Process: The winning number is determined through a provably fair process using Bitcoin Block 100's hash. The complete block hash is obtained, cleared of letters, and the last 8 digits produce the winning number between 00000001 and 99999999.

5.2 Transparency & Verification: This mathematical process is completely transparent and verifiable on the Bitcoin blockchain, impossible to manipulate or predict in advance, auditable by any participant using publicly available blockchain data, and deterministic and reproducible by independent third parties.

6. Prize Distribution

6.1 Prize Pool Structure: The prize pool consists of 100% of all valid bet payments collected during the betting period. 86% of the total prize pool is distributed to winners across six prize tiers, with 14% retained for operational expenses.

6.2 Seven-Tier Prize System: Prize distribution: Tier 1 (8 matches) - 55%, Tier 2 (7 matches) - 20%, Tier 3 (6 matches) - 10%, Tier 4 (5 matches) - 5%, Tier 5 (4 matches) - 4%, Tier 6 (3 matches) - 2%, Tier 7 (2 matches) - 1%.

6.3 Matching Methodology: All prize tier matches are determined by comparing digits from the right side of both the winning number and participant's chosen number.

6.4 Payout Distribution: If only one participant matches the required digits for a specific tier, they receive the entire allocation for that tier. If multiple participants match, that tier's allocation is divided equally among all winners.

6.5 Rollover Mechanism: If no participant matches the required digits for any specific tier, that tier's allocation rolls over to the subsequent lottery round, creating potentially larger prizes in future draws.

7. Payment Processing

7.1 Payment Methods: Lightning Network exclusively. All distributions are processed automatically and immediately upon completion of the drawing and verification process.

7.2 Payment Finality: All Bitcoin transactions are irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain. Participants are responsible for providing accurate wallet addresses. Standard Bitcoin network transaction fees apply to all payouts.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

8.1 Minimal Data Collection: Our Service operates on privacy-first principles with minimal data collection. No personal identifying information is required for participation, no KYC procedures, no tracking cookies or behavioral monitoring, and no third-party data sharing. Only Lightning addresses are collected for payout purposes.

8.2 Data Security: We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption, secure storage, and regular security audits to protect any collected data.

9. Disclaimers & Warnings

9.1 No Advisory Services: The Daily Thunder explicitly does not provide investment, financial, legal, tax, gambling addiction counseling, or technical support for external wallets or services.

9.2 Critical Risk Warning: PARTICIPATION IN THIS SERVICE IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK. Bitcoin and lottery activities involve substantial risks including but not limited to: Total loss of funds, Extreme price volatility, Regulatory changes, Technical failures, Irreversible transactions, Network outages.

9.3 Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Daily Thunder assumes NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, technical malfunctions, Bitcoin network issues, loss of funds, regulatory actions, or any other damages.

10. User Responsibilities

10.1 Legal Compliance: You are exclusively responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, understanding tax obligations on winnings, and reporting lottery winnings to relevant authorities.

10.2 Security Management: You accept full responsibility for secure generation, storage, and management of private keys, protection of wallet passwords, verification of Bitcoin addresses, and understanding the irreversible nature of Bitcoin transactions.

11. Technical Specifications

11.1 Blockchain Integration: All lottery operations are cryptographically tied to Bitcoin blockchain block heights, ensuring transparency and preventing manipulation. Bitcoin network congestion may affect payout timing but will never influence drawing results.

11.2 Lightning Network Requirements: Active Lightning Network connectivity is mandatory for placing bets. Failed or incomplete payments do not constitute valid lottery entries.

12. Service Modifications

12.1 Modification Rights: We reserve the absolute right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or terminate the Service at any time, with or without prior notice, for regulatory compliance, technical maintenance, security concerns, or business decisions.

12.2 Termination: In the event of permanent Service termination, all pending prize pools will be distributed accordingly to the players that betted on the lottery. These Terms may be updated periodically with material changes prominently displayed.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Blockchain Authority: The Bitcoin blockchain serves as the immutable and definitive record for all lottery drawings, results, and related activities. Block hashes are publicly verifiable and constitute the final authority for winning number determination.

13.2 Verification Process: All participants may independently verify lottery results using publicly available blockchain explorers. Disputes regarding results must be supported by verifiable blockchain evidence and mathematical proof.

14. Referral Program Terms

14.1 Program Overview: The Daily Thunder operates a referral program allowing participants to earn commissions from successful referrals. Referrers earn 1% commission on all winning bets placed by their referred players.

14.2 Commission Structure: Commissions are paid directly by The Daily Thunder from operational funds. Winners receive their full prize pool amount without any deductions. The 1% commission is an additional payment to referrers, not taken from winnings.

14.3 Referral Attribution: First referrer principle applies - the first person to successfully refer a player maintains that relationship permanently. Once established, referral relationships cannot be transferred or overridden. Players who arrive without a referral link cannot be later claimed by any referrer.

14.4 Payment Terms: Referral commissions are paid automatically and instantly via Lightning Network when referred players win. Payments are sent to the Lightning address provided during referral link creation. Referrers are responsible for maintaining an active Lightning address capable of receiving payments.

14.5 Program Guidelines: Referral links are intended for sharing with others, not for personal use. We reserve the right to disable specific referral codes if we detect patterns suggesting abuse or fraudulent activity. Referral links must not be distributed through spam or deceptive marketing practices.

14.6 Commission Limits: There are no caps on referral commissions - earnings are unlimited. There is no maximum number of referrals per participant. Commissions continue for the lifetime of the referred player's activity.

14.7 Program Modifications: We reserve the right to modify referral commission rates with 30 days notice. Changes to commission structure apply only to new referrals made after the effective date. Existing referral relationships maintain their original commission terms unless explicitly modified.
